"The urban fabric of our metropolises is a living material, whose strength lies in the mix of public spaces and built-up areas, both in times of relaxation and moments of intensity. It is up to all of us, private and public actors, associations and inhabitants of the city, to make it a place of resources, which is constantly reinvigorated."
