"Behind a company's figures, behind real estate, most importantly, there are the women and men of the business. This human dimension is the most important aspect for me. I am convinced that the business and the city of tomorrow will have to be more human, more mixed and more open to their surroundings, whilst at the same time more fulfilling, more inclusive and more respectful of individualities and differences."
