Professional background

Richard Malle joined BNP Paribas Real Estate in 2007 as an economist. In 2010, he became Head of the Research France . In 2017, he was appointed Global Head of Research. Relying on the Research teams located in Europe, Richard is in charge of coordinating and developing international market analysis to assist clients of the various business lines of BNP Paribas Real Estate in their real estate decisions. In 2021, he was appointed Deputy Head of Business Services in charge of Research, Innovation and Data.

Education

Richard Malle holds a PhD in Management Sciences, a Master's degree in Economic Analysis from the University of Paris Dauphine and a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Pierre and Marie Curie.

Professional activities

Richard Malle is an Associate Professor at the “Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers” and teaches real estate economics at the ICH in Paris. He is also a member of the Scientific Committee of the “Institut du Financement des Professionnels de l'Immobilier” (IFPImm). He is the author and co-author of various books as well as professional and academic articles on the subjects of real estate economics and finance.
