Olivier BokobzaProfessional background

Olivier Bokobza worked as a Sales Executive at GFF Institutionnels from 1997 to 2000.

Olivier Bokobza joined BNP Paribas Real Estate in 2000 as Head of Real Estate and Asset Engineering for the Residential Transaction & Advisory subsidiary. In 2004, he took over the management of the Consulting department where he held several positions before becoming Vice President in 2008. He joined the Residential Development division in 2010 as Deputy Managing Director in charge of regional development for the Ile-de-France region. Then in 2011 as Deputy Managing Director in charge of residential development for the Ile-de-France region. In 2016, Olivier Bokobza was appointed Managing Director of the Residential division of BNP Paribas Real Estate, in which capacity he oversees the Residential activities of Promotion, Transaction, Residential services. In 2021, he will become Deputy Chief Executive Officer of BNP Paribas Real Estate in charge of Property Development.

Education

Olivier Bokobza holds a Master's degree in Finance and Real Estate from the Bordeaux KEDGE Business School and an MBA from ESSEC in International Management.
