Professional background
Nathalie Charles has 30 years of experience in the real estate sector. Nathalie spent 12 years with the Unibail Rodamco group where she held various management positions, notably as Deputy Managing Director of the Office division, in charge of major development projects in the Paris region. She joined the EDF Group in 2008 as Managing Director of Corporate Real Estate to manage a portfolio of 4.5 million sqm. In 2013, she joined AXA IM-Real Assets then in 2018, she became Head of Development and European Country Teams and oversees all European asset management including acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development.
In 2019, Nathalie Charles was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of BNP Paribas Real Estate in charge of Investment Management. In this role, she is responsible for strengthening the strategy of the Investment Management business line and ensuring its implementation in France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and Spain, thereby consolidating BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management's position as a leading player in Europe.
