Professional background

Graduated of Emlyon business school, Guillaume Sottil began his career in 2009 at Rothschild in London as a merger and acquisition advisor. In 2012, he joined the UK's Change Capital Partners investment fund. Guillaume joined CBRE in 2015 where he was appointed Director of Corporate Strategy for the EMEA region.

Guillaume joined BNP Paribas Real Estate in 2018 as Head of the Corporate Development team responsible for overseeing all of the company's external growth projects and competitive and strategic intelligence. He also oversees the monitoring of the main organic development projects for the Executive Management of BNP Paribas Real Estate. In 2020, he became Head of Strategy and Corporate Development and joined the International Executive Committee. In 2023, he joined the Board of BNP Paribas Real Estate, providing the General Secretariat in addition to his other functions.

At the beginning of 2024, Guillaume joined the management committee of the Property Development business line as Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of strategy, performance and transformation.
