What is our positionning on the CEE market ?Izabela Mucha :
Our strategy in the CEE region is an ambitious one. Two years ago, we strengthened our CEE valuation platform by developing teams in the region. We are currently established in Poland, Romania, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and in Hungary.
Our achievements have already included tripling the volume of valued assets.
All our CEE valuation services are coordinated from Poland, where we are the strongest. Our achievements have already included tripling the volume of valued assets from 3.4 billion Euros in 2014 to 10.6 billion Euros in 2015. We are now competing amongst the largest companies on the Polish commercial real estate market in terms of the number of valued assets, having valued approximately 650 properties in 2015.
Our clients mainly include banks, investment funds, developers and portfolio investors. As a CEE team, we benefit from being the leading provider of Advisory services in both France and Germany. Our position there enabled us to win several big portfolios; one of which was a Pan-European mandate from the hospitality sector, for Accor.
