New organizational structure for BNP Paribas Real Estate Italy: with the intention to increase the efficiency of its commercial offer, the company set up a new governance for the services offer of Advisory and Property Management business lines. For this reason, Stephen Coticoni, Chairman and Managing Director of BNP Paribas Real Estate Advisory Italy (REA), has also been appointed Head of Services for the strategic and commercial coordination between the two companies. At the same time, the Board of Directors of BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Management Italy appointed Giorgio Da Rold as Managing Director of the company.

Stephen Coticoni began his activity in BNP Paribas Real Estate in 2013, holding the position of Managing Director of BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Management Italy before being appointed, in 2017, Chairman and Managing Director of BNP Paribas Real Estate Advisory Italy. Coticoni has a long and consolidated experience in the real estate sector. Graduated in Mechanical Engineering at Polytechnic University of Turin, Coticoni holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) at SDA Bocconi, in Milan.
Profile – Giorgio Da Rold
After starting his professional activity in a leading asset management group, Da Rold joined the BNP Paribas Real Estate Group in 2008, working first in Business Development department and then in Property Management, where he held various managerial roles. Da Rold is graduated in Architecture at Polytechnic of Milan where he also obtained the Master in Real Estate Management.
