Marcin Klammer appointed as CEO of BNP Paribas Real Estate in CEE

BNP Paribas Real Estate in CEE is pleased to announce the appointment of Marcin Klammer as CEO, effective on June 4th 2018.

Lauric Leclerc, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of BNP Paribas Real Estate in charge of Property Management & International Advisory, commented “Marcin has been active on the European scene of real estate and consulting for over twenty years. He is recognized for his excellent knowledge and his appointment is an endorsement of BNP Paribas Real Estate’s growth ambitions in CEE. Before joining BNP Paribas Real Estate Marcin was the European Sector Leader developing multinational clients in Arcadis - one of the leading global consultancy and design companies. Simultaneously he was the CEO of the Polish operations where he managed a team of over 200 staff, delivering services in Buildings, Infrastructure, Environment and Water Business Lines. Before becoming the CEO of Arcadis he was the managing partner of EC Harris in Poland and a member of the European Management Team responsible for Central and Eastern Europe and Russia.

In addition to his experience on top managerial position Marcin led consulting and construction programmes for clients in corporate real estate, retail, industrial, hotel, residential and infrastructure sectors. He was instrumental in establishing and managing the Capital Market sector in EC Harris and in Arcadis. AS the CEO of both companies Marcin led the integration between Arcadis and EC Harris and managed the business turnaround of the two of them.

Mr Klammer (47 years old) is a licensed architect, member of RICS and the Professional Chamber of Architects. He is fluent in English and French. He is married and has two children.
