The BNP Paribas Real Estate Letting & Sales team has completed the leasing of 7,549 sq.m of office space for the “département Urbanisme et Patrimoine de la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale”, a regional government department in Brussels responsible for urban planning and heritage.

The BUP department has chosen to establish its new offices in the “Arcadia” building located at Mont des Arts 10-13, 1000 Brussels. As from the first quarter of 2018, the whole Arcadia building will be occupied by this department for a fixed period of 18 years.

The “Arcadia”, managed by BNP Paribas Real Estate, is a stand-alone building owned by Standard Life Investment, through its Crown Building SA subsidiary. Built in 1958, the prestigious building enjoys a prime location in the heart of the capital, just beside Brussels Central station, and excellent transport links.

The building comprises six floors with a flexible layout (open-space or partitioned offices) plus two basement levels, totalling 7,549 sq.m of office space, 1,300 sq.m of archive storage, 19 parking spaces and five ground floor retail units.
