BNP Paribas REIM has acquired an office building on behalf of its vehicle Accimmo Pierre (SCPI), with a total lettable area of 22,700 sqm. It benefits from a double address: 41-49 Quai d’Austerlitz and 52-60 Avenue Pierre Mendès France, in the 13th arrondissement of Paris.

“47 Austerlitz” is fully let to a prestigious occupier: the French bank Natixis, a subsidiary of BPCE group.
