BNP Paribas REIM announces the acquisition of the office building 8 rue Kleber, located in Paris 16th arrondissement, on behalf of a Spanish institutional investor. This follows the signature of a promise of sale in July 2018 between this investor and the seller.
The office building is located in the heart of prime Paris CBD, only 100 m away from Place de l’Etoile. The property is a classic Haussmann building offering ca. 1,750 sqm of lettable office space on 6 upper ﬂoors plus underground parking. The property is a mixed-used (office & retail) multi-tenant building.
