BNP Paribas Real Estate to attend international real estate event MIPIM 2018

This year join experts from BNP Paribas Real Estate for talks focused on the European real estate market:

• Global Capital Flows – Thursday 15th March 2:30pm-3:30pm: Larry Young, Head of International Investment will discuss the impact of social and political change on the mind-set of investors and how this is shaping European market opportunities.
• European Logistics Investment – Tuesday 13th March 4:30pm-5:30pm: Logan Smith, Head of Logistics - International Investment, talks about the economic growth in Europe that has attracted many foreign investors, and whether that is likely to last.
• PropTech, Data & Innovation – Wednesday 14th March 10.15am-11.30am: Csongor Csukas, Head of International Property Management will consider the importance of technology in the real estate sector and how this is affecting trends and changing our relationship with the market.

The Green Solutions Award is an initiative set up by Construction21 in order to highlight exemplary buildings, districts and infrastructures which help contribute to sustainability. This year at MIPIM, BNP Paribas Real Estate will support the launch of the award, which will be held at our stand on 15th March at 11am.

The Women of Influence Networking Cocktail is an event taking place on 13th March between 4:30-6pm, giving women the opportunity to meet others within the real estate sector and share their knowledge, experiences and advice, whilst being inspired by success stories within the industry. BNP Paribas Real Estate is pleased to be taking part in the event which will give attendees the chance to hear the experiences of Nathalie Palladitcheff Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Ivanhoé Cambridge, Marie Schneegan, CEO of Workwell, along with Thierry Laroue-Pont Chairman & CEO of BNP Paribas Real Estate.
