Sales Administrator


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced office administrator to provide a professional and efficient secretarial and administrative support service within the residential sales team in Notting Hill.


This is an exciting but demanding role dealing with high net worth clients, requiring you to provide world class service at all times.



  • Audio typing and general correspondence
  • Management of Partner’s diary
  • Monthly financial reporting on team figures to Partner
  • Maintenance of CRM Systems, inputting data and producing reports as requested
  • Updating of new jobs on to Chronicle system
  • Monthly and quarterly invoicing of clients
  • Assisting with recovery of overdue invoices
  • Processing of client invoices
  • Assisting with Anti-Money Laundering checks on new clients and remediation checks of existing clients where required by legislation
  • Maintenance and updating of filing
  • An agricultural background would be helpful/preferred but is not essential
  • Should be proficient in Word and Excel.
