We currently have a vacancy for a team administrator in our busy Ipswich office. You will be responsible for providing a professional and efficient secretarial and administrative support service to the residential sales team.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating diaries
  • Organizing travel arrangements
  • Preparation of sales information
  • General correspondence
  • Updating customer information
  • First point of contact for the Ipswich office
  • Organisation of office events such as the Rural Land Briefing and Suffolk Show
  • Administration of in house database
  • Overseeing in house twitter account and other social media.
