Professional background

Lauric Leclerc began his career at Ernst & Young in the organisation-consulting department. He then held various positions at AXA Real Estate, including Chief Financial Officer and General Manager of Property Management in France, and Asset Manager in the United States. After a period at Capgemini, he became President of the Institutional Division of GFF Institutionnels (which became Icade Gestion Tertiaire, then Foncia IPM) from 2001 to 2005. Lauric Leclerc joined BNP Paribas Real Estate in 2005 and was appointed Managing Director of Property Management for Europe. In 2014, he became Deputy Chief Executive Officer of BNP Paribas Real Estate in charge of Property Management in Europe as well as Transaction, Advisory and Expertise outside France, Germany and England.

Education

Lauric Leclerc is a graduate of the ESTP (École Spéciale des Travaux Publics) in Paris and holds a degree from the Institut d'Administration des Entreprises at the University of Nice.
