The DPC reporting directly to the Real Estate Business Line Data Protection Officer, provide his expertise on the activities and projects to ensure the respect of the regulation:

  

 

In  Düsseldorf or Frankfurt we are currently seeking a


Data Protection Correspondant  (m/f/d)

 

Mission and Responsibilities

 

  • Contribute to the development of Real Estate activities:
    • Ensure that the requirements related to personal data protection legislation are taken into account by each activity
    • Validate their respect in all projects
    • Manage the requests of data subjects

    • Contribute in the identification and notification of data breaches, following the internal procedure
  • Control the application of the regulatory requirements and of the BNP Paribas policies, by:
    • Regular control and identification of possible failure
    • Provide the required reportings 
  • Assist the RE DPO and BNP Paribas Real Estate entities on data protection management: 
    • Apply the global policy defined by the Real Estate DPO and define local action plan and control their implementation

 

Qualification

 

  • Graduate in IT and/or Laws, with a Data protection major
  • Experience: 3-5 years in a Legal Function, Compliance, Control or Audit
  • Strong mastering European and national personal data protection regulations Knowledge in control activities, risk management, cyber security
  • Ability to synthetize and to collaborate
  • Ability to anticipate business/strategic evolutions
  • Ability to set up relevant performance indicators
  • Ability to manage a meeting, seminar, committee, training
  • Operational English and German, French Language Proficiency is of advance
  • 100 % travel comittment (approx. 50-70 % travelling)
