Associate, London New Homes Sales

​Based in the London head office in Mayfair the New Homes team are looking to recruit a sales negotiator to work on transactions within a number of their new build development instructions across central London.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Responding to enquiries generated by the internet or telephone in a professional manner
  • Registration and qualification of these new enquiries
  • Conducting viewings at developments and show apartments
  • Obtaining feedback, generating offers and negotiating deals.
  • Liaising with solicitors to ensure deals are exchanged and completed smoothly
  • Attending client meetings to deliver feedback when required
  • Maintaining good relationships with previous applicants in order to generate future sales
  • Successfully hitting and exceeding sales targets set by the department
  • Maintaining records on internal applicant databases at all times

  • Able to build rapport with colleagues and applicants quickly and at all levels of seniority
  • Able to inspire trust with applicants
  • In possession of good communication skills both verbal and written
  • In possession of good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • In possession of good negotiation skills
  • Able to cope well under pressure
  • Understands and appreciates the importance of being discreet
 
Additional Skills Required
  • Detailed knowledge of Central London residential market
  • Additional language skills an advantage
  • IT literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Demonstrable experience within a similar role
