Gaming giant’s “Activision” have recently acquired 1500 sq. mts of Office accommodation for their new Irish headquarters in Kings Inn House, Parnell Street, Dublin 1. The company also opened offices simultaneously in Paris and Amsterdam.

Activision produces many recognisable gaming brands including “Call of Duty”, “Tony Hawke Gaming”, “Shrek” and “Spiderman” and is expanding their European operations. Ireland was chosen as the location due to the multicultural value of the city and a knowledgeable workforce.

Conor Whelan of Atisreal advised Activision with Darren Nugent of CBRE advised landlords Danninger. It is understood Activison took a long term lease with regular break options at a rent of €28 per Sq. ft. Only 450 sq. metres of accommodation remains available in Kings Inn house on the second floor. Other tenants include Breastcheck Ireland and the Department of Social Welfare. This accommodation is available on a flexible new lease at a rate of €323 per sq. metre.
