This continuous quest for the best environmental quality means our properties meet the requirements of investors and occupiers, in both environmental and financial terms.
In residential property, we are committed to achieving environmental certification for every property we produce.
In France, our Residential Property Development team set up the "Green Suppliers Charter" in 2010, which requires its service providers to comply with environmentally responsible practices and certifications.
In Italy, the "Residenze Dalia", our first residential development in that country, subscribes to an environmentally-friendly philosophy. The buildings are in energy class A and are highly efficient in terms of heat and sound insulation.
