BNP Paribas Real Estate Italy has completed the construction of the new office building “Crespi 26” in Milan. The new Grade A office building, first in Italy to conquer the prestigious HQE certification, has a surface of 7 500 sq m distributed on 4 floors plus 218 parking slots. The new building is the result of the demolition with reconstruction of a pre-existing office area occupied by BNL (group BNP Paribas). BNP Paribas Real Estate Italy took care of the entire project of requalification of the area, starting from the purchase of the land, going to the planning, construction and lease of the new building. In mid January BNP Paribas Real Estate Italy has finalized the process of letting for the entire building to the international luxury company, Richemont, that will move its Italian headquarter in ”Crespi 26” in the coming months.
