BNP Paribas Real Estate advises JP Morgan Asset Management in the sale of the «Arts 10-113» to AIK
BNP Paribas Real Estate acted as a consultant for JP Morgan Asset Management in an exclusive mandate, when an investment fund managed by JP Morgan Asset Management sold the office block at 10 and 11 Avenue des Arts in Brussels to APO Immobilien-Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH (AIK). This multi-tenant building has a surface area of 5,200 sq m. The transaction involved around €12 m, and is all the more remarkable in that a large number blocks are now on the market in the Léopold district.
